Board meeting takes place on the 1st Thursday of the month at 7:30 pm. Date and time are subject to change. Club members can attend a board meeting with prior notification to the board.

Club business meeting is held on the 3rd Thursday of the month 7:30 pm at the Schenectady Museum Studio 3. Following the business meeting is a social gathering or an activity. Non-members are encouraged to attend.
