1/3/08 8:00 pm Meeting called to order by President Mike KB2VQS, present were James N2UZQ, Tim WA2QAC, Becky KC2BYZ, Tony W2BEJ and April. Motion made to accept December Minutes, Minutes accepted by all board members.

Treasurer Report:

Checking	$1278.21
Petty Cash	$89.93
Repeater Fund	$222.00
Total	$1368.14

Radio Room Report

Discussion on Radio Room access and SMARA access passes.

Board discussed the following:

Board discussed Field Day 2008. James N2UZQ will be Field Day Chairman this year. A meeting for all interested members to be announced. Please contact James at n2uzq@hotmail.com if you are interested in attending the Field Day meeting.

Photos from Kids Day are now on the web site. Thanks to all who helped out. Media coverage was excellent. Coverage provided by Capital New 9, Times Union, Schenectady Gazette, The Spotlight, and This Week in Amateur Radio.

On the air meeting Thursday January 10th 2008 7:30 pm on the 146.790 repeater.

Coming SMARA Events are as follows:

• SOCIAL MEETING JANUARY 17th 2008 7:30pm SCHENECTADY MUSEUM (2M/6M KIT PROJECT)
