SMARA Board Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order by President Becky Maloy KC2BYZ. Present were Becky KC2BYZ, Bob KF4UVA, Mike KB2VQS, and Tim WA2QAC. Motion made to accept January Minutes, Minutes accepted by all board members.

Treasurer Report:

Checking	$1205.64
Petty Cash	$58.31
Repeater Fund	$222.00
Total	$1263.95

Radio Room Report

Radio Room Officer Mike KB2VQS reports: Still having issues with Museum computer. Tim WA2QAC offered to construct computer with spare parts he has. Board approved funds for Tim to purchase tower. Cost to be under $50.

On air meeting to be held at 7:30 pm Thursday February 8, 2007 on the 146.790 repeater.

February Social meeting to be held at Studio 3 of the Schenectady Museum on Thursday February 15, 2007 at 7:30 pm. We will be having Spicy pasta. Please bring something to share. No speaker this month.

The 443.750 link repeater is back up. Thanks Barry.
