SMARA Board Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order by President Mike KB2VQS, present were James N2UZQ, Tim WA2QAC, and Becky KC2BYZ. Motion made to accept January Minutes, Minutes accepted by all board members.

Treasurer Report:

Checking	$1041.22
Petty Cash	$49.93
Repeater Fund	$222.00
Total	$1091.15

Treasurer Report accepted by the board.

Radio Room Report

Discussion on Radio Room access memorandum. Minor leak occurred in room during the last heavy rain storm. No damage was done due to the quick work of the Museum maintenance staff. Talk of possible purchase of shelves to get donated equipment and other items off of the floor.
