SMARA Board Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order by President Mike KB2VQS, present were James N2UZQ, Tim WA2QAC, April (Secretary),and Tony W2BEJ Motion made to accept February's Minutes, Minutes accepted by all board members.

Treasurer Report:

Checking	$1090.23
Petty Cash	$77.16
Repeater Fund	$222.00
Total	$1167.39

Treasurer Report accepted by all board members.

Radio Room Report

Looking for a Radio Room Officer.

Board discussed the following:

• Kids Club on Hold until April Due to Secretary has some family issues that she needs to address.
• Appt W Barry and Tony has been set up to discuss the repeater.
• Denis, W1WV, will be setting up the next Field day Meeting. To Be Announced.
• On the Air Meeting will no longer be the club meeting Has been now Changed out of the bi-laws the Club business meeting will be the third Thursday of the month at the social meeting

Coming SMARA Events for the New Year are as follows:

• 3/19 BUSINESS MEETING Thursday 7:30 pm at the Schenectady Museum. We will be having COFFEE AND PASTRIES AND COOKIES. Everyone who would like to participate we will have a donation jar money will go towards next big dinner so far we have $7.60 in the Jar.

New Business

• Talk about the repeater, 440, hook up to link with chatam, echo link with Grafton?
• Welcoming QWCA members
