SMARA Board Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order by President Mike KB2VQS, present were James N2UZQ, Tim WA2QAC, Becky KC2BYZ and Tony W2BEJ. Motion made to accept March Minutes, Minutes accepted by all board members.

Treasurer Report:

Checking	$1571.38
Petty Cash	$124.08
Repeater Fund	$222.00
Total	$1695.46

Treasurer Report accepted by all board members.

Radio Room Report

Nothing New.

Board discussed the following:

Field Day 2008. Next Field Day meeting to be announced. Contact our Field Day Chairman James N2UZQ at n2uzq@hotmail.com if you are interested in assisting with Field Day. Holding off on things until social meeting as we have learned we may need permits.

Discussed possible Saturday Activity Day to take place after chinese buffet We will continue to construct the receiver kit.

Coming SMARA Events are as follows:

• ON AIR BUSINESS MEETING 7:30 PM THURSDAY April 10, 2008 146.790
• SOCIAL MEETING 7:30 PM THURSDAY April 17, 2008 SCHENECTADY MUSEUM.
  Food theme for the social meeting will be Lasagne. Member are encouraged to bring deserts.
