SMARA Board Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order by President Becky KC2BYZ, present were Becky KC2BYZ, Mike KB2VQS, Tim WA2QAC, Bob KF4UVA and Leah. Motion made to accept March Minutes, Minutes accepted by all board members.

Treasurer Report:

Petty Cash	$23.31
Repeater Fund	$222.00
Total	$1199.25

Radio Room Report

Radio Room Officer report: Mike KB2VQS reports that he is still waiting for a copy of the station license to be emailed to him by Tony W2BEJ so it can be submitted to the Eqso administrator.

On air meeting to be held at 7:30 pm Thursday April 12, 2007 on the 146.790 repeater.

April Social meeting to be held at Studio 3 of the Schenectady Museum on Thursday April 19, 2007 at 7:30 pm. Food is potluck, please bring something to share with others.

Board discussed Field Day and the cost. Discussion on club to purchase a new grill and another screen tent. Mike KB2VQS to contact Kiwanis club and the Town of Rotterdam to confirm use of park.

Discussion of Club Newsletter to reach members who do not receive egroup or forum messages. Mike KB2VQS and Leah volunteered to start work on the newsletter with a possible release date of June 2007.
