SMARA Board Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order by President Becky KC2BYZ, present were Becky KC2BYZ, Mike KB2VQS, Tim WA2QAC and James N2UZQ. Motion made to accept September Minutes, Minutes accepted by all board members.

Treasurer Report:

Checking	$1079.96
Petty Cash	$148.75
Repeater Fund	$222.00
Total	$1223.71

Treasurer Report accepted by the board.

Radio Room Report

October 6th 2007 Mars Drill went well. Museum pleased.

November social meeting is November 15th 2007 7:30 pm Studio 3 Schenectady Museum.

Board discussed plans to contact the ISS at some point in the near future pending membership involvement and repair of the Museum antenna system.
