12/6/07 8:00 pm Meeting called to order by President Mike KB2VQS, present were James N2UZQ, Tim WA2QAC, and Becky KC2BYZ. Motion made to accept November Minutes, Minutes accepted by all board members.
Treasurer Report:
Treasurer Report accepted by the board.
Checking $1342.69 Petty Cash $118.75 Repeater Fund $222.00 Total $1461.44
Radio Room ReportRepair work to antenna's on hold.
December social meeting is December 20th 2007 7:30 pm Conference Room (upstairs) Schenectady Museum. We will be having a Ham Dinner. Speaker is Museum Director who will discuss the new Museum site. All members are encouraged to attend.

Coming SMARA Events are as follows:
Board discussed Kids Day event January 6th 2008. We need volunteers to answer questions and man the information table.
Board approved the purchase of a 2 meter / 6 meter receiver kit. This kit will be built by SMARA members at the January social meeting.
Board discussed Field Day 2008. James N2UZQ will be Field Day Chairman this year. Please contact him at n2uzq@hotmail.com if you are interested in attending Field Day or if you have any questions.
Web Site event section and news section have been updated.
